Plant Visits. During performance of this contract, authorized representatives of Buyer, Xxxxx’s customer, or the Government shall have the right to visit Contractor's facilities involved in the performance hereunder at any time during normal business hours to review, monitor, coordinate or expedite performance and to secure necessary information for such purposes. Such visits will be coordinated with Contractor's cognizant personnel to minimize any effect on Contractor's normal operations.

Plant Visits. Personnel of either Party visiting facilities of the other Party will comply with all the then established and existing safety and environmental rules and regulations of the facility visited, provided that such rules and regulations are disclosed by the host Party to such personnel. The host Party shall not be responsible for death, damage, injury or loss suffered or incurred during visits to its facilities by any personnel in the employ of the other Party, except for death, damage, injury or loss resulting from the willful or negligent acts or omissions of the host Party, its agents, employees or third parties under the host Party's supervision or control.
Plant Visits. Supplier hereby grants, and must cause Subcontractors to grant, to Buyer and Customers the right to visit the Supplier or Subcontractors’ facilities during operating hours to review progress and performance of production, schedule, cost, quality and protection of Buyer’s Proprietary Information. Supplier agrees and must cause Subcontractors to agree that any Buyer or Customers’ authorized representative is allowed to access all areas used in the performance of this Agreement. In case such access is subject to the regulations of any governmental agency regarding admissibility and movement of personnel at Supplier’s or Subcontractors’ premises, Supplier must use its best efforts to, and must cause Subcontractors to, reduce the period necessary to obtain access to all areas used in the performance of this Agreement to Buyer and Customers. Buyer must notify Supplier in writing prior to any visit contemplated herein. The notice must contain the names and positions of the visiting personnel and the duration and purpose of such visit.
Plant Visits. 23.1 Subject to safety and confidentiality limitations and to the provisions of the TDCC Know-How Agreement entered into between DOW and GELTEX on December 22, 1999, DOW shall permit representatives of GELTEX to visit the DOW Facility for the purpose of reviewing the manufacture and testing of the Product and related batch records and of conducting compliance audits associated with GMPs and other FDA regulations. Employees of GELTEX who enter onto DOW premises must comply with DOW's safety, security and confidentiality requirements. GELTEX must give DOW reasonable notice of any proposed visit to the DOW Facility and identify the individuals who shall be in attendance. DOW is entitled to approve the individuals who shall visit; however, DOW's approval may not be unreasonably withheld. GELTEX may not designate contractors for such visits without the prior written consent of DOW. All visits shall be during normal business hours on Work Days. DOW may inspect any documents, vehicles, or containers entering or leaving DOW premises. Each employee and other approved representatives of GELTEX who visit the DOW Facility, or other DOW premises, must fully comply with the respective site's standard access requirements.
Plant Visits. Subject to Section 11 below, Anchor shall allow employees and representatives of AB and Anheuser-Xxxxx Companies, Inc. who have a legitimate and non-competitive purpose to visit the Production Facilities and each of the warehouses used by Anchor to store Bottles during normal business hours and upon at least three (3) business days' notice; provided, however, where the purpose of the visit is for health, sanitation or quality control inspections, no notice need be given to Anchor. Such employees and representatives shall have full access to all phases of operation but shall not unreasonably interfere with Anchor 's operations. All such employees and representatives shall abide by all applicable rules and regulations of the Production Facilities with respect to visitors.

Purchaser may identify Nanophase as manufacturer of the Product to its customers and prospective customers and may bring customers and prospective customers to Nanophase's facilities to observe the manufacturing process, subject to the execution by such customers of a confidentiality agreement no less restrictive than the provisions of Section 6.02. Purchaser may review and copy all quality control documentation; provided that all such documentation shall be deemed "Confidential Information" subject to Section 6.02.

Plant Visits. Upon TRW's written request during the first two (2) years of the term of this Agreement, SmarTire will permit TRW's employees to visit SmarTire's plants at which the Licensed Products are manufactured. SmarTire will further arrange with its contract manufacturer for TRW's employees to visit the contract manufacturer's plant at which the Licensed Products are manufactured.
