Plan Sheets a. Maps (to scale) depicting delineated and surveyed wetland and required buffers on site, including buffers for off-site critical areas that extend onto the project site; the development proposal; other critical areas; grading and clearing limits; areas of proposed impacts to wetlands and/or buffers (include square footage estimates).

Plan Sheets. Utility plans must show full construction details for all utilities to be relocated or constructed by the contractor as covered by the UWHC Agreement. A plan-profile sheet format should be utilized where appropriate. Show all underground utilities in the plan portion, and those which equal or exceed 4'' must also be shown in the profile portion. Show all above ground Utilities in the plan portion (inclusive of underground connections). When the construction limits are restricted such as when a power line is above and near a sanitary or water facility, either the facility (overhead lines) must be identified and shown in profile, or the minimum available vertical clearances, along with the type facility, stated on the plans. Show applicable project information similar to that described in FDM 312. Show utilities to be relocated or constructed in plan and profile and in accordance with the FDOT CADD Software. The scale used should be the same as that used for the roadway plan- profile sheets. The disposition and final ownership of any utility infrastructure that is to be removed by the contractor and salvaged must be identified in the plans. Include the address of the Utility/Agency Owner receiving the salvaged utility infrastructure in the UWHC Agreement plans. Modification for Non-Conventional Projects:

Plan Sheets. The plan sheets are only illustrative. Any discrepancy between the plan and actual location site shall be brought to the attention of the Project Manager before any grinding takes place.
Plan Sheets. This proposal includes printing required for production of the final documents including budget for the review sets at 50%, 90% and 100%. We will submit one set of signed and sealed mylars of the final approved full size construction plans with one set of camera-ready original specifications.
Plan Sheets. SEH will prepare a Xxxxxxxx Road Bike Path Extension plan sheet that details the proposed bike path extension limits, pavement type, grading plan, tree removal, curb ramp details, and details necessary to facilitate construction.
Plan Sheets. The plan sheets are illustrative; the actual alignment of the fence will be set by the contractor in the field an approved by the Parks Department prior to construction.
Plan Sheets. Plan sheets developed by the Engineer shall include, but not be limited to, title sheet, typical sections, sequence of construction, traffic control (as applicable), specification data (including schedules for minimum sampling and testing), estimate and quantity, plan-profile, channel details, roadway details (as applicable), bridge and culvert details, hydraulic details, and standards. (Standards may be used from governing entities, but must be signed and dated by the Project Engineer of responsible supervision as being applicable to the Project.)
