Personal Information Access. To the extent necessary to provide you with the Products and Services, you authorize us, our affiliates and subsidiaries to collect, access, use, transmit and/or otherwise process (together, “Process”) Personal Information and shall facilitate a reasonable method for us to obtain such information, for example via secure transfer from and/or authorized access to your student information systems. Unless otherwise expressly indicated, if you are subject to regulations in the United States, we Process Personal Information as an outsourced institutional function pursuant to FERPA 34 CFR Part 99.31(a)(1). When you authorize us to Process Personal Information on your behalf, you remain in control of and own that Personal Information.

You agree that, as between the parties, you are solely responsible for all Student Data, whether provided by you, students, or any other third-party.
