Permitting Services. The COUNTY shall review permit applications, issue permits to construct, and provide inspection services of on-site sewage disposal systems in accordance with applicable Texas Commission on Environmental Quality rules, and in accordance with the El Paso County Sewage Facility Order. The County shall provide enforcement of said rules as appropriate for the purposes of protecting public health and the mitigation of nuisance conditions. Appropriate and customary fees will be charged to the owner of the facilities as permitted by law.

Permitting Services. As part of the Services, Design-Builder shall assist UGAA in the process of applying for building, land disturbance, health department, and other governmental permits on the overall Project (“UGAA Permits”); and shall, before commencement of Work on-site, obtain such permits from the issuing agency of government – with any UGAA Permit fees incurred by Design-Builder being reimbursed by UGAA as part of Cost of the Work without further markup. Permits for Subcontract Work shall be obtained and paid for by Subcontractors as part of their respective Subcontract Prices.
Permitting Services. The CONSULTANT shall prepare, assist, and/or review the following: estimate environmental impacts (wetland and wildlife), prepare wetland dredge/fill sketches, and finalize estimated wetland and protected species mitigation. This task may include wetland and/or surface water flagging, protected species surveys, wetland and wildlife habitat assessments, mitigation options, and permit agency coordination and meetings. Permitting services may include consideration of the following sections of the Standard Design Scope of Services:
Permitting Services. 1. The Engineer shall provide assistance in obtaining permits required for bidding Bid Packages 1, 2, and 3. Assistance shall include preparation of permit submittal forms to accompany design documents, meetings with permitting agencies and City staff, and responding to permitting agency comments. As the level of effort required to obtain all permits for the project is difficult to predict, this sub-task will be completed on a time and materials basis with an initial not to exceed limit as shown in the Table below. Permitting Services. Consultant shall perform permit process services for a specified number of hours as directed by the Project Administrator. Consultant shall assist architects, contractors and the public in accepting, processing and tracking applications for building permits, calculating and collecting permit fees, and providing General Plan and Zoning information. These services include front counter and phone assistance regarding building permit requirements, plan check fees, plan check filing procedures and processing, and permit status, accept permit applications, calculate and apply fees, and reviews plans for conditions of prior approval.
Permitting Services. This task includes preliminary agency coordination for permits that are critical for initiation during preliminary design to introduce the project and receive regulatory agency input early in the project development stages. Tasks may include discussion of technical studies, environmental impact evaluation, confirmation of permitting strategy and approach, and pre-application meetings or calls. Task Ł.2 Prepare Environmental Document This task includes preparing an adequate environmental document pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) requirements for the implementation of the CITY’s Proposed Project. The CITY is interested in applying for funding opportunities under the SRF program. The SRF program is administered by the SWRCB on behalf of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA) for ensuring that the project adheres to federal environmental regulations, including the Endangered Species Act, the National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA) and the General Conformity Rule for the Clean Air Act (CAA), among others. Collectively, the State Board calls these requirements CEQA-Plus and other federal regulations may also apply. This scope of work assumes that the environmental document to be prepared will be an Initial Study/Mitigated Negative Declaration (IS/MND) pursuant to CEQA-Plus requirements. If the type of CEQA document requires changes during this phase, an additional scope of work and budget will be prepared. The CEQA-Plus IS/MND preparation by the SUBCONSULTANT, with support by the CONSULTANT, will include the following tasks: • Attendance at either the project kick-off meeting (with Task 1) or an environmental document kick-off meeting by the SUBCONSULTANT and any appropriate SUBCONSULTANTS of the SUBCONSULTANT. • Prepare a Project Description as required by CEQA that will be suitable for environmental analysis based on information provided by the CITY and/or the CONSULTANT. The required information includes a physical description of the Proposed Project, maps of the proposed facilities showing the precise location and boundaries of the Proposed Project, construction techniques, a statement of the Proposed Project objectives, and...
Permitting Services. The Architect and its subconsultants will prepare, file, and coordinate the approval of all permitting actions, document reviews and approvals with all city, county, state, and Federal bodies having jurisdiction and authority for the permitting, document reviews, and approvals. Permitting Services. In addition to the permitting services described in Section M of Supplemental Agreement No. 1, the CONSULTANT shall complete the documentation necessary for a State Environmental Assessment, which is need due to the use of Community Crossings Matching Grant funds, as well as by the acquisition of a portion of land from the State of Indiana at the INDOT Research facility. Permitting Services. The above-described project will require the preparation of an FDEP Permit Application for sanitary sewer along with the necessary plans and supporting data for construction of the force main system. A County Right-of-way Permit and FDOT Utility Permit for construction of the pipeline along Midway Road and under I-95 must be obtained from St. Lucie County and the FDOT, respectively. Our services will include preparing applications to secure the FDEP Permit, St. Lucie County Right-of-way Permit, and the FDOT Utility Permit. No other permit applications are included. The FDEP Wastewater General Permit review fee of $500.00 is included in our fee; however, the SLC Right-of-way permit review fee(s) are not included in our fees.
Permitting Services. ANCHOR shall provide and submit all plans and supply documentation for FDEP water and wastewater permit, as well as any environmental requirements directed. The City shall be responsible for all permitting fees. NWFWMD permitting is not anticipated.
