Period of Confidentiality. The obligations under this clause 17 continue, notwithstanding the expiry or termination of this Agreement:
Period of Confidentiality. 26.9. The obligations under this clause 26 will continue, notwithstanding the expiry or termination of this Agreement for the period agreed by the Parties in writing in respect of an item of Confidential Information. No reduction in obligations relating to Personal Information
Period of Confidentiality. 8.3.1. The obligations under this clause 8 in relation to an item of information described in Item 18 [Service Provider’s Confidential Information] continue for the period set out there in respect of that item.
Period of Confidentiality. Confidential Information disclosed pursuant to this Agreement will be subject to the terms of this Agreement until such time as it ceases to be characterized as Confidential Information under Section 16.3.
Period of Confidentiality. CONSULTANT’s obligations of confidentiality regarding VANDERBILT’s Confidential Information shall survive the termination of the Schedule to this Agreement.
Period of Confidentiality. This clause 9 survives the termination of this Agreement and continues indefinitely or until the Confidential Information no longer meets the requirements of being Confidential Information under this Agreement.
Period of Confidentiality. The obligations of confidentiality stated in this Agreement with respect to confidential information shall survive the termination of this Agreement for any reason whatsoever and shall continue in full force and effect until the earliest of the following should occur: (a) such confidential information has become available to the general public through no fault of the Construction Manager, or (b) such confidential information is received by the Construction Manager from third parties who are in lawful possession of such and who by such disclosures are not breaching any obligation owed to the University, or (c) such confidential information is disclosed by the Construction Manager under legal compulsion from any governmental/regulatory agency having jurisdiction to request such information; provided, however, that the Construction Manager shall notify the University prior to any such disclosure that confidential information is being disclosed to the governmental/regulatory agency involved.
Period of Confidentiality. Confidential Information disclosed pursuant to this Agreement will be subject to the terms of this Agreement for three (3) years following the expiration or termination of this Agreement.
Period of Confidentiality. 8.5.1 The obligations under this clause 8 [Confidentiality] will continue, notwithstanding the expiry or termination of an Activity or this Agreement:
Period of Confidentiality. The period referred to in Subsection 8.1 shall be the period beginning with the date of receipt of the confidential TECHNOLOGY or other confidential information and ending, with respect to that TECHNOLOGY, as long as such information is entitled to trade secret protection under applicable law and such information is identified in writing by the disclosing PARTY as entitled to such trade secret protection at the time of disclosure, and as to other confidential information, ten (10) years after receipt of such confidential information, provided that, to the extent information submitted in support of applications for regulatory approvals and clearance are subject to confidential treatment under applicable laws and regulations for a longer period, the period of confidentiality under Subsection 8.1 as to such information submitted in support for regulatory approvals and clearance shall extend until the expiration of such longer period for confidential treatment under such applicable laws and regulations.
