Performance Report. As required by IC § 20-5.5-9-6, the Organizer shall publish a performance report not earlier than September 1 or later than September 15 that provides the information required under IC § 20-1-21-8. The Organizer shall provide a copy to the Charter Schools Director of its performance report.
Performance Report. This report will graphically summarize the delinquency rates as well as the loss mitigation, foreclosure, REO, CPR and loss severity and related summary information.

Performance Report. A performance report is to be compiled on a monthly basis and delivered by the Private Party to the Municipality Representative, which shall be prepared in good faith and in accordance with Good Industry Practice and shall contain at least the following:
Performance Report. Report should be concise, and focus on how (each/the) project is actually performing compared to its expected performance; whether the project is being operated and maintained, and providing intended benefits as proposed. Reports and/or products • Time period of the annual report (i.e., Oct 2014 through September 2015) • Short project description • Discussion of the project benefits • An assessment of any explanations for any differences between the expected versus actual project benefits in meeting IRWM priorities as stated in the original IRWM Implementation Grant application. Where applicable, the reporting should include quantitative metrics, i.e., new acre-feet of water produced that year, acres of wildlife habitat added, etc. • Summary of any additional costs and/or benefits deriving from the project since its completion, if applicable • Continued reporting on meeting the Output Indicators and Targets discussed in the Project Monitoring Plan discussed in Paragraph 21 of this Grant Agreement • Any additional information relevant to or generated by the continued operation of the project EXHIBIT H
Performance Report. A report of progress towards the Project objective and in delivering the project activities in line with Item B of this agreement and the Application (including the Project Budget), outlining achievements and financial contributions to date, updating the Risk Assessment and Management Plan and detailing whether the Project is on schedule and expected to finish on time. A report template will be provided.
Performance Report. Upon NYSERDA’s approval of the Project Installation Report, the Contractor must begin providing performance data for upload to NYSERDA’s DG/CHP Website. The first year’s performance period will commence on the date the Project Installation Report is approved by NYSERDA. Within 60 days from the end of the first year’s performance period, the Contractor must submit a Performance Report to NYSERDA, which will become the basis for the Performance/Efficiency Incentive payment. The Performance Report shall detail the operational data for one year subsequent to the date of commissioning and calculations showing that the fuel cell system has met the minimum capacity factor and total system efficiency requirements for PON 3841. Annual performance reporting shall be in accordance with Appendix C to PON 3841 Large Fuel Cell Program. The Contractor shall be responsible for ensuring that data provided in the Performance Report accurately represents the operation of the fuel cell system.
Performance Report. A performance report containing pertinent performance metrics will be completed by the Locate Services Provider and delivered to the City on a monthly basis, or as determined by the City. The contents of the Performance Report may be further developed by the City in consultation with the Locate Services Provider.
Performance Report. This report shall be provided by the Contractor monthly, with a summary of aged receivables, by account number. The report will show the number of accounts assigned, collected, collection rate, and the number with percentage returned.
Performance Report. The Performance Goals are derived from the Application and are specified in Schedule 1. Any Recipient that fails to achieve any Performance Goal must provide a narrative explanation for the failure. The Recipient’s compliance with the Performance Goals will be measured by information that the Recipient submits in its Financial Condition Reports and Performance Reports.
