Performance Report. As required by IC § 20-5.5-9-6, the Organizer shall publish a performance report not earlier than September 1 or later than September 15 that provides the information required under IC § 20-1-21-8. The Organizer shall provide a copy to the Charter Schools Director of its performance report.

Performance Report. A report of progress towards the Project objective and in delivering the project activities in line with Item B of this agreement and the Application (including the Project Budget), outlining achievements and financial contributions to date, updating the Risk Assessment and Management Plan and detailing whether the Project is on schedule and expected to finish on time. A report template will be provided.
Performance Report. Upon NYSERDA’s approval of the Project Installation Report, the Contractor must begin providing performance data for upload to NYSERDA’s DG/CHP Website. The first year’s performance period will commence on the date the Project Installation Report is approved by NYSERDA. Within 60 days from the end of the first year’s performance period, the Contractor must submit a Performance Report to NYSERDA, which will become the basis for the Performance/Efficiency Incentive payment. The Performance Report shall detail the operational data for one year subsequent to the date of commissioning and calculations showing that the fuel cell system has met the minimum capacity factor and total system efficiency requirements for PON 3841. Annual performance reporting shall be in accordance with Appendix C to PON 3841 Large Fuel Cell Program. The Contractor shall be responsible for ensuring that data provided in the Performance Report accurately represents the operation of the fuel cell system.

Performance Report. A performance report containing pertinent performance metrics will be completed by the Locate Services Provider and delivered to the City on a monthly basis, or as determined by the City. The contents of the Performance Report may be further developed by the City in consultation with the Locate Services Provider.
