Payments; Accounting Periods. Contractor will pay University all amounts owing under this Agreement within thirty (30) days after the last day of each Accounting Period during the Initial Term or any Extension Term of this Agreement. The term “Accounting Period,” as used in this Agreement, will mean one (1) calendar month.

  • Fiscal Year; Accounting The Company's fiscal year shall be the calendar year with an ending month of December.
