Payment Upon Expiration or Termination. In the case of the expiration or termination of this Agreement for any reason, each of the Parties shall be entitled to payment for all services performed and expenses incurred or accrued prior to such expiration or termination, provided that such Party would be entitled to recover for such services or expenses under the provisions of this Agreement.

Payment Upon Expiration or Termination. In the case of the expiration or termination of this Appendix prior to term, or the early termination of any collocation services or arrangement(s), pursuant to Section 8.6.2 of this Appendix AT&T-13STATE shall be entitled to full payment within thirty (30) days of such expiration or termination for all services performed and expenses accrued or incurred that AT&T-13STATE is entitled to recover under the provisions of this Appendix for establishing such Collocation arrangement prior to such expiration or termination.

Within 60 Calendar Days of expiration or termination, Vendor must submit to FHKC a request for payment of such amounts; however, FHKC shall pay any amounts previously invoiced and not paid, as well as amounts due and owing pursuant to Section 7 of this Contract. Requests submitted later than 60 Calendar Days prior to expiration or termination shall not be honored and will be returned unpaid. Payment for Services requested and provided after termination or expiration shall be paid in the same manner as set forth in Sections 2.5, 2.6, and 2.8.

  • Payment Upon Termination In the event that the City or Consultant terminates this Agreement pursuant to Section 8, the City shall compensate the Consultant for all outstanding costs and reimbursable expenses incurred for work satisfactorily completed as of the date of written notice of termination. Consultant shall maintain adequate logs and timesheets in order to verify costs incurred to that date. The City shall have no obligation to compensate Consultant for work not verified by logs or timesheets.
