Payment On Saturdays. 12.6.1 Subject to sub-sub-clause .6.2 of this clause when a Full-time Employee works on a Saturday, any hours performed in excess of thirty-eight (38) hours in the Working Week will be paid at the rate of Time and a Half for the first three (3) hours and Double Time thereafter.
