Passenger capacity. 5.3.1. There shall be on the vehicle a number (Ps) of seating places (see paragraph 3.2.9. above), other than folding seats, which conform to the requirements of paragraph 5.7.8. For a vehicle of Class A the number Ps shall be at least equal to the number of square metres of floor available for passengers and crew (if any) (So) rounded down to the nearest whole number.
