Parts Contracts. Contractor must submit invoices for parts to City within seven calendar (7) days of the date the parts are shipped. Invoices must include the manufacturer of the part, manufacturer’s published list price, percentage discount applied in accordance with Pricing Page(s), the net price to City, and an item description, quantity, and extension.
