P ersonal Day. 1 All Long Term Occasional Teachers shall be granted one (1) urgent personal day for which the cost of an Occasional Teacher shall be deducted from their salary. This request must be in written form to Human Resources Services.

P ersonal Day. 1. Two (2) days may be used for personal, legal, business, household, or family matters, which require absence during work hours. Application for this personal leave must be made at least twenty-four (24) hours before the taking of such leave, except in the case of emergency. Personal days shall not be used immediately before or after a vacation period. In the case of weddings or graduations that are immediately before or after vacations or holidays, the member shall be granted approval to use a personal day if that member provides sixty (60) days’ notice to the appropriate supervisor.
