Ownership of the Data. As between CHDI and the Recipient, CHDI retains ownership of the Data.
Ownership of the Data. 2.1 The ownership of all of the data, records, vouchers and other original data obtained and/or acquired by the Contractor in the implementation of the Contract shall vest in CUCBM.

The Government shall be the owner of all geological, geophysical and geochemical information and data related to drilling, engineering, registrations and production and of all other data, samples, logs, cores, bands, maps, interpretations, reports and any other support or information obtained during the Oil Operations. However, the Contractor shall be authorized to keep this information, free of charge and use it for Oil Operations subject to obligations related to its confidential nature. The Government shall give the Contractor access to all existing technical, operational, accounting and financial information, among others, from the Effective Date of the Contract. It is understood that the Contractor shall treat this data and information confidentially in accordance with Article 21 of this Contract.
Ownership of the Data. Nothing in this Agreement affects the ownership of any Data or the data in any database.

All Personal Data provided by the Controller to the Processor and which are Processed under the terms of this agreement by the Processor on behalf of the Controller are and shall remain exclusively the property of the Controller, except where the Processor lawfully obtained the same data from another source or obtained the data as a controller.
