OWNER’S USE OF DOCUMENTS AFTER. COMPLETION OF PROJECT After completion of the Project, Owner may reuse, reproduce, or make derivative works from the Documents solely for the purposes of maintaining, renovating, remodeling, or expanding the Project at the Worksite. Owner’s use of the Documents without Design-Builder’s involvement or on other projects is at Owner’s sole risk, except for Design-Builder’s indemnification obligations, and Owner shall indemnify and hold harmless Design-Builder, its Design-Professional, Subcontractors, and consultants, and the agents, officers, directors, and employees of each of them, from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneysfees and costs, arising out of or resulting from such any prohibited use.

  • OWNERSHIP AND USE OF DOCUMENTS 1.3.1 All drawings, specifications, estimates, and all other documents, including shop drawings and calculations, prepared at any time in connection with the Project, shall, upon payment for services in connection therewith, become the sole property of the State.

  • Clarification of Documents 2.5.1 A prospective tenderer requiring any clarification of the tender document may notify the Procuring entity in writing or by post at the entity’s address indicated in the Invitation to Tender. The Procuring entity will respond in writing to any request for clarification of the tender documents, which it receives not later than seven (7) days prior to the deadline for the submission of tenders, prescribed by the procuring entity. Written copies of the Procuring entities response (including an explanation of the query but without identifying the source of inquiry) will be sent to all prospective tenderers that have received the tender document.

  • Execution of Documents Unless otherwise specified, all Credit Documents and all other certificates executed in connection therewith must be signed by a Responsible Officer.
