Overtime Vacation Rate. When an employee is required to work during his/her vacation, he/she shall receive pay at the rate of double (2) time. Hours worked while on vacation shall not be deducted from the employee's vacation credits. The Employer will make every reasonable effort not to require the employee to return to work from his/her vacation leave.

Overtime Vacation Rate. No employee shall be required to work during his/her scheduled vacation period. However, should an employee agree to work when requested during his/her scheduled vacation, he shall be paid at the normal overtime rates and that portion of the vacation time deferred.
