Overages. If your actual usage of the Cloud Service during the measurement period exceeds the entitlement stated on the XXX portion of the Order Document, then you will be invoiced for the overage, as set forth in the Order Document.

Overages. If a class is larger than the limits established in Section B above but does not exceed thirty-three (33) students, one of the following options shall be implemented at the discretion of the Superintendent or his/her designee:
Overages. If your actual usage of the Cloud Service in any quarter (based on a calendar year beginning January 1) exceeds three (3) times the entitlement stated in the Order Document, then you will be invoiced for the overage, as specified in the Order Document. If you are provisioned within a given quarter, overage will be prorated accordingly.

Without limiting Splunk’s foregoing rights, with respect to Hosted Services, Splunk may work with you to reduce usage so that it conforms to the applicable usage limit, and we will in good faith discuss options to right size your subscription as appropriate. For the avoidance of doubt, notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, Splunk will have the right to directly invoice you for overages, regardless of whether you purchased the Purchased Offering from an authorized reseller. Overages. If damages/repairs/storage/unpaid fees exceed your last month’s payment, FSCH will xxxx you for the difference.
Overages. If a Use Record verification report reveals that You have exceeded the purchased Capacity or Use Rights, Cisco will have the right to invoice You at the then current list price, which will be payable by You within 30 days.
Overages. Class Size Overages: If the maximum class size or learner contact number is exceeded, there shall be a conference between the affected facilitator and the Lead Facilitator through this dialogue, options will be discussed to remediate the issue, e.g., lower class sizes in other sections, additional prep periods, limited adjunct supervisorial duties, additional curricular support materials, and other ideas which may come into the discussion.
