Outstanding Judgments. There is no outstanding judgment, order, decree, arbitral award or decision of any court or governmental body, including any executive, legislative, judicial, administrative or regulatory body against the Company or any Subsidiary, which, either separately or in the aggregate, may result in a Material Adverse Effect.
