Other Procurement Exception. Check this option when another procurement exception exists, such as legislation with specific language naming the Contractor as a recipient of a grant or contract, an existing legal obligation, a prohibition or other circumstance that exempts or prohibits a Contract from being competitively procured, or identify any other procurement exception not already listed. Legislative “earmarks” exempt the Contract solely from procurement requirements; all other Contract and state finance laws and policies apply. Supporting documentation must be attached to explain and justify the exemption. CONTRACT AMENDMENT (Right Side of Form) Complete this section for any Contract being renewed, amended, or to continue a lapsed Contract.
