To the extent the Borrower furnishes any projections of the financial position and results of operations of the Borrower for, or as at the end of, certain future periods, such projections were believed, at the time furnished, to be reasonable, have been or will have been prepared on a reasonable basis and in good faith by the Borrower, and have been or will be based on assumptions believed by the Borrower to be reasonable at the time made and upon the best information then reasonably available to the Borrower.
