Order of Proof. The order of proof shall be as follows: The City Manager shall present his evidence in support of the charges. The employee shall then produce such evidence as he may wish to offer in his defense. The parties in interest may then offer rebuttal evidence. The Civil Service Commission may, in its discretion, hear arguments.

  • Order of Precedence Any ambiguity, conflict or inconsistency between the documents comprising this contract shall be resolved according to the following order of precedence:
