Open Data. The Recipient agrees that the Province may publicly release the Agreement and any Reports submitted under the Agreement, whether in hard copy or in electronic form, on the internet or otherwise.
Open Data. The Province reserves the right to publish Agreement information as open data. This includes Recipient contact information, financial terms, key dates, and outcomes or outputs.
Open Data. The Service Manager agrees that MHO may publicly release the following information, whether in hard copy or in electronic form, on the internet or otherwise: Service Manager name, Service Manager contact information, Service Manager address, amount of Maximum Funds and/or Funds, Program description, Program objectives/goals, Program location, and Program results reported by the Service Manager. However, MHO and the Service Manager agree that such permission does not apply to the personal information of individuals in Eligible SPP Households.

If, according to a CEPI policy, Partner Know-How is to be published such shall only occur, provided such Partner Know-How does not contain any Background Technology of the Partner, or Improvements to Background Technology of the Partner, and provided the JMAG has made a decision on this beforehand, taking the Partner’s reasonable concerns into account.

The Collaborative Board shall examine and settle the conditions under which open access to raw data Results shall be provided with such conditions having to match the needs and specificities of the Project. Nevertheless, the Participants shall endeavour to strike a balance between open access of raw data for international projects and the need for restrictions on access to these Results.
