Online Community. The BitSight Services may include an online customer collaboration community made available by BitSight (the “Customer Community”). If Customer chooses to engage in the Customer Community, Customer will act in compliance with laws and in a respectful manner and acknowledges that any information posted in the Customer Community will not be treated as Customer Confidential Information hereunder. BitSight may discontinue the Customer Community at any time.

Online Community. The Digital Services may offer opportunities to provide ratings, reviews, participate in an online forum, blog or other service (collectively, the “Online Community”) in which your comments are available to other users of the Online Community. You must be 18 to participate in our Online Community. If you choose to participate in our Online Community, as allowed for the particular Online Community, you may (i) post truthful and accurate ratings, reviews, comments, photos, and other content; (ii) send emails and other communications; and (iii) submit suggestions, ideas, comments, questions or other information (collectively “Online Content”), so long as the Online Content does not violate these Terms of Use, is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights or otherwise injurious to third parties or objectionable, and does not consist of or contain software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, email addresses, URLs, phone numbers, physical addresses or other forms of contact information, chain letters, mass mailings, or any form of “spam.” You may not use a false email address, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise mislead as to the origin of any Online Content. Your conduct should be guided by common sense and basic etiquette. If you were provided with a product, prize or compensation by or on behalf of Signet Armorlite, you must disclose this fact in all Online Content. You must also disclose if you are an employee, vendor, supplier or are otherwise connected to Signet Armorlite or one of its affiliates if you are writing about any product or service of Signet Armorlite in your Online Content. Any opinions, advice, statements or other information provided or made available by third parties in the Online Community are those of the respective authors and not of Signet Armorlite. You agree that you are responsible for any Online Content that you post or submit that you make, and for any consequences thereof. Signet Armorlite has the right, but not the obligation, to monitor, edit, to not post and/or to remove any Online Content. By submitting Online Content, you agree that you are waiving the benefit of any provision of law known as “moral rights” or similar laws.
Online Community. Provide limited access to NCIA’s online community platform, NCIAConnect (expected in mid-2019). Allied Associations will be able to share information with each other and more as NCIAConnect expands.
Online Community. NCIA will provide an online community platform for information sharing and to communicate program information, among other things.

  • Routine Communications All routine communications related to the Contract shall be sent to the Department’s Contract Manager. If any of the Contractor’s contract information changes during the life of the Contract, the Contractor shall notify the Department’s Contract Manager; such updates do not necessitate a formal amendment to the Contract. Communications relating to a Customer contract or purchase order should be addressed to the contact person identified in the contract or purchase order. Routine communications may be my email, regular mail, or telephone.

  • Residence Community Living Standards The Residence Community Living Standards (“RCLS”) forms a part of this Agreement. It details the rights, responsibilities, and privileges of Residents as well as the residence conduct process. Each Resident is responsible for reading, understanding, and adhering to the terms outlined within the RCLS. The Manager and the Institution may amend the terms of the RCLS from time to time and may post the amendments in the Residence. Failure to abide by the RCLS may result in eviction from Residence and termination of this Agreement as per the violations and sanctions outlined in the RCLS, and as stated in section 8.01(d).   • Association Communications The Association will have the right to place official notices, circulars and other professional materials in teachers' mailboxes.

  • Traditional Medicine Cooperation 1. The aims of Traditional Medicine cooperation will be: (a) to build on existing agreements or arrangements already in place for Traditional Medicine cooperation; and (b) to promote information exchanges on Traditional Medicine between the Parties. 2. In pursuit of the objectives in Article 149 (Objectives), the Parties will encourage and facilitate, as appropriate, the following activities, including, but not limited to: (a) encouraging dialogue on Traditional Medicine policies and promotion of respective Traditional Medicine; (b) raising awareness of active effects of Traditional Medicine; (c) encouraging exchange of experience in conservation and restoration of Traditional Medicine; (d) encouraging exchange of experience on management, research and development for Traditional Medicine; (e) encouraging cooperation in the Traditional Medicine education field, mainly through training programs and means of communication; (f) having a consultation mechanism between the Parties' Traditional Medicine authorities; (g) encouraging cooperation in Traditional Medicine therapeutic services and products manufacturing; and (h) encouraging cooperation in research in the fields of Traditional Medicine in order to contribute in efficacy and safety assessments of natural resources and products used in health care.

  • Indiana Veteran’s Business Enterprise Compliance Award of this Contract was based, in part, on the Indiana Veteran’s Business Enterprise (“IVBE”) participation plan. The following IVBE subcontractors will be participating in this Contract: VBE PHONE COMPANY NAME SCOPE OF PRODUCTS and/or SERVICES UTILIZATION DATE PERCENT _____________________________________________________________________________________ _____________________________________________________________________________________ A copy of each subcontractor agreement shall be submitted to IDOA within thirty (30) days of the request. Failure to provide any subcontractor agreement may also be considered a material breach of this Contract. The Contractor must obtain approval from IDOA before changing the IVBE participation plan submitted in connection with this Contract. The Contractor shall report payments made to IVBE subcontractors under this Contract on a monthly basis. Monthly reports shall be made using the online audit tool, commonly referred to as “Pay Audit.” IVBE subcontractor payments shall also be reported to IDOA as reasonably requested and in a format to be determined by IDOA.

  • TELEPHONE COMMUNICATIONS Both parties may communicate by telephone, but it is agreed that no instructions that require action will be left on any messaging service since neither party can guarantee that they will be received or actioned. Telephone conversations may be recorded by Us for training or monitoring purposes.

  • Management; Community Policies Owner may retain employees and management agents from time to time to manage the Property, and Owner’s agent may retain other employees or contractors. Resident, on behalf of himself or herself and his or her Guests, agrees to comply fully with all directions from Owner and its employees and agents, and the rules and regulations (including all amendments and additions thereto, except those that substantially modify the Resident’s bargain and to which Resident timely objects) as contained in this Agreement and the Community Policies of the Property.   • Union Communication In the event of a violation of the no-strike provision, the Union will: • Publicly disavow such action by the Bargaining Unit Employees; • Notify the Bargaining Unit Employees of its disapproval of such action and instruct such Bargaining Unit Employees to cease such action and return to work immediately; and • Post notices on Union bulletin boards advising that it disapproves of such action and instructing Bargaining Unit Employees to return to work immediately.

  • BUY AMERICA ACT (National School Lunch Program and Breakfast Program With respect to products purchased by Customers for use in the National School Lunch Program and/or National School Breakfast Program, Contractor shall comply with all federal procurement laws and regulations with respect to such programs, including the Buy American provisions set forth in 7 C.F.R. Part 210.21(d), to the extent applicable. Contractor agrees to provide all certifications required by Customer regarding such programs. In the event Contractor or Contractor’s supplier(s) are unable or unwilling to certify compliance with the Buy American Provision, or the applicability of an exception to the Buy American provision, H-GAC Customers may decide not to purchase from Contractor. Additionally, H-GAC Customers may require country of origin on all products and invoices submitted for payment by Contractor, and Contractor agrees to comply with any such requirement.
