Officials Not to Benefit. No member of Congress or Resident Commissioner shall be admitted to any share or part of this contract or to any benefit that may arise therefrom, unless it is made with a corporation for its general benefit (18 USC 431, 433).

The Individual Specialist accepts that breach of this provision is a breach of an essential term of this contract which renders this present contract liable for immediate termination, without notice or indemnity.
Officials Not to Benefit. 21.1 The CSO represents and warrants that it has not and shall not offer any direct or indirect benefit arising from or related to the performance of the Agreement or the award thereof, to any representative, official, employee, or other agent of UNDP.
