No Written Response. If no written decision has been rendered within the time limits indicated by a step, then the grievance may be processed to the next step.
No Written Response. If no written response has been rendered within the time limits indicated by a step in the grievance procedure, then the grievance shall move to the next step. If the grievance is not appealed at the next step within the time period set forth herein, the grievance shall be deemed withdrawn.
