No Partnership or Employment. 41.1.1 Nothing in this Agreement will be construed as creating a partnership or as an Agreement of employment between the Department and the Provider.

Deemed Knowledge Without limitation to its actual knowledge, the Contractor shall for all purposes of this Contract, be deemed to have such knowledge in respect of the Contract as is held (or ought reasonably to be held) by any Contractor Related Party.
No Partnership or Employment. (1) The relationship between GCPHN and the Contractor is that of a principal and an independent Contractor. Nothing in this Agreement is intended to create a partnership as between the Contractor and GCPHN. The Contractor acknowledges that:

No Partnership or Employment. This Grant Agreement shall under no circumstances be deemed to establish any permanent partnership between the parties or to constitute either party as an agent, partner, joint-venturer, employee or representative of the other. IZA will not be responsible for the activities of any person or third party engaged by the Institution as a result of this Grant Agreement, nor will IZA be liable for any costs incurred by the Institution in terminating the engagement of any such person.
