  • Registration of Physical Location Required For each phone number that you use for the Service, you must register with VoicePro the physical location where you are using a Device with the Service with that phone number. Each time you move the Device to another location, you must register that new location. If you do not register that new location, any call you make using the 911 Dialing feature may be sent to an emergency center near the previously registered address. You will register your initial location of use when you subscribe to the Service. Thereafter, you may register a new location by following the instructions from the “911″ registration link on the VoicePro web account dashboard features page if applicable. For purposes of the 911 Dialing feature, you may only register one location at a time for each phone line you use for a Device with the Service.

  • Authorization Required Prior to Parallel Operation 2.2.1 The NYISO, in consultation with the Connecting Transmission Owner, shall use Reasonable Efforts to list applicable parallel Operating Requirements in Attachment 5 of this Agreement. Additionally, the NYISO, in consultation with the Connecting Transmission Owner, shall notify the Interconnection Customer of any changes to these requirements as soon as they are known. The NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner shall make Reasonable Efforts to cooperate with the Interconnection Customer in meeting requirements necessary for the Interconnection Customer to commence parallel operations by the in-service date.

  • CFR PART 200 Contract Provisions Explanation Required Federal contract provisions of Federal Regulations for Contracts for contracts with ESC Region 8 and TIPS Members: The following provisions are required to be in place and agreed if the procurement is funded in any part with federal funds. The ESC Region 8 and TIPS Members are the subgrantee or Subrecipient by definition. Most of the provisions are located in 2 CFR PART 200 - Appendix II to Part 200—Contract Provisions for Non-Federal Entity Contracts Under Federal Awards at 2 CFR PART 200. Others are included within 2 CFR part 200 et al. In addition to other provisions required by the Federal agency or non-Federal entity, all contracts made by the non- Federal entity under the Federal award must contain provisions covering the following, as applicable. 2 CFR PART 200 Contracts Contracts for more than the simplified acquisition threshold currently set at $250,000, which is the inflation adjusted amount determined by the Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council (Councils) as authorized by 41 U.S.C. 1908, must address administrative, contractual, or legal remedies in instances where contractors violate or breach contract terms, and provide for such sanctions and penalties as appropriate. Notice: Pursuant to the above, when federal funds are expended by ESC Region 8 and TIPS Members, ESC Region 8 and TIPS Members reserves all rights and privileges under the applicable laws and regulations with respect to this procurement in the event of breach of contract by either party.   • Registration Requirements Prior to execution of this Agreement, the PROVIDER will be registered electronically with the State of Florida at XxXxxxxxxXxxxxxXxxxx.xxx. If the parties agree that exigent circumstances exist that would prevent such registration from taking place prior to execution of this Agreement, then the PROVIDER will so register within 21 days from execution. Failure of the PROVIDER to register electronically with the state of Florida will result in non-payment for expenditures by the Department of Financial Services until the PROVIDER has complied. The online registration can be completed at: xxxxx://xxxxxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/vms- web/spring/login. The Provider will comply with the applicable requirements regarding registration with the System for Award Management (XXX) (or with a successor government-wide system officially designated by the Federal Office of Management and Budget and the DOJ’s Office of Justice Programs), and to acquire and provide a Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) number. The Provider will comply with applicable restrictions on subcontractors that do not acquire and provide a DUNS number. The details of Provider obligations are posted on the Office of Justice Programs’ website at xxxxx://xxx.xxx.xxx/funding (Award condition: Registration with the System for Award Management and Universal Identifier Requirements) and are incorporated by reference. This special condition does not apply to the Provider who is an individual and received the grant award as a natural person (i.e., unrelated to any business or non-profit organization that he or she may own or operate in his or her name).

  • Information Required Such records must contain the name; Social Security number; last known address, telephone number, and email address of each such worker; each worker's correct classification(s) of work actually performed; hourly rates of wages paid (including rates of contributions or costs anticipated for bona fide fringe benefits or cash equivalents thereof of the types described in 40 U.S.C. 3141(2)(B) of the Xxxxx-Xxxxx Act); daily and weekly number of hours actually worked in total and on each covered contract; deductions made; and actual wages paid.

  • Sign-in Required As required by schools and other District locations, each day Contractor’s employees are present on District property, those employees must sign into the location’s main office to receive an in-school identification/visitors tag. Contractor’s employees must display this tag on their person at all times while on District property.

  • Notice of Registration Required The Engineer’s use of the Flying ‘T’ under this article shall be followed by the capital letter R enclosed within a circle (®) that gives notice that the Flying ‘T’ is registered in the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).

  • Personnel Action Requirements The evaluation procedure contained in this agreement shall not be used in any decision concerning the assignment, reassignment, contract status, non-renewal, termination, reduction or recall of any counselor prior to May 1, 2018.

  • Documentation Required The certificates and endorsements shall be received and approved by the District before Work commences. As an alternative, the Contractor may submit certified copies of any policy that includes the required endorsement language set forth herein.

Typically, a 3-unit course. Not required for students who transfer in 30+ units. Writing 1: The Art & Craft of Writing Any first-semester composition course. Often titled "Freshman Composition," "College Composition," or "Reading and Composition." Must include basic research skills and a research paper. Writing 2: Genre, Evidence, & Persuasion Courses titled "Critical Thinking," "Advanced Composition," etc., that follow a basic freshman level writing course. These courses involve the use of logic, critical thinking, rhetoric, and advanced composition. In addition, genre-specific writing courses will introduce students to the genres of writing, rhetorical moves, and forms of evidence in a specific discipline. Possible courses include: Writing in the Humanities, Writing in the Social Sciences, Writing in the Arts, Writing in Theology, Writing in Business, Writing in Nursing, etc. Must include a research component. Writing 3: Writing in the Disciplines This category focuses on preparing students to be professionals in a field by being independent thinkers capable of constructing their own knowledge, including producing polished writing products in the genres of writing that students are likely to use in their future professions. Most courses in this category are required for the specific APU major and are therefore not likely to be fulfilled by a student's transfer work. Oral Communication Any Public Speaking or Oral Communication course. Must contain at least 3 individual public speeches. Also, communication courses in Interpersonal, Small Group, Argumentation and Debate, and Intercultural areas are acceptable (however, some majors may require Public Speaking). Cannot be taken as a hybrid course. Personal Wellness Any physical activity course with a cardio component and instruction in fitness principles. This includes individual activities, team sports, dance, yoga/mat exercise courses, and intercollegiate sports. Activities with limited physical activity such as badminton, golf, bowling, etc. will not fulfill the requirement. Quantitative Literacy Any course from the Math department of the transferring school that has a prerequisite of Intermediate Algebra. However, certain majors require College Algebra. Please refer to the APU catalog to determine whether or not your major requires College Algebra. In addition, Statistics and Applied Statistics courses (e.g. "Statistics for Behavioral Sciences") with an Intermediate Algebra prerequisite will meet this requirement. Biblical, Theological, & Philosophical Formation- Philosophy Requirement Must be a broad philosophy course such as Intro to Philosophy, History of Philosophy, philosophy-based Logic, Critical Thinking, and Ethics. All other courses must be evaluated by the Department of Theology & Philosophy for transfer. Humanities- History, Literature, & Fine Arts Requirement Must choose one course from each discipline (3 courses total): History, Literature, and Fine Arts. History courses must be survey courses in world, western, or U.S. history (typically split into two time periods). Literature courses must be broad, surveys of literature that explore the literary genres of fiction, drama, and poetry. Fine Arts courses must be broad, survey courses in Art, Music, Drama, or Theater (sometimes History of Cinema, Drama, or Theater courses) covering approximately 100 years. These must be lecture courses and not studio or applied courses such as drawing, painting, singing, piano, etc. Examples of acceptable courses from these categories include (but not limited to) World Civilizations to 1648, Intro to Literature, Art History, Music Fundamentals, etc. Social Sciences One course from the following disciplines: Sociology, Psychology, Economics, Anthropology, Communication Studies, or Political Science. Examples of courses include (but not limited to) Intro to Sociology, General Psychology, Intro to Criminal Justice, Cultural Anthropology, Mass Media, etc. Natural Sciences One course: lecture and lab component required. Any basic course in the life or physical sciences. Examples of courses include Fundamentals of Biology, General Biology, Fundamentals of Chemistry, General Chemistry, Introduction to Astronomy, Physical Geology/Geography, Fundamentals of Physics, General Physics, Oceanography, Zoology, Marine Biology. Biology and Chemistry labs cannot be taken online. However, certain majors require specific science courses. Please refer to the APU catalog to determine whether or not your major requires specific science courses.
