NIGHT SHIFT PENALTY. 13.1 A night shift penalty of 20.5% will apply in lieu of the 15% penalty specified in clause 6.5.2.1
NIGHT SHIFT PENALTY. 9.3.1 All employees other than Registered Nurses/Midwives at level 5 and 6 are to be paid a penalty rate of 20.5% when working on rostered night shifts Monday to Friday inclusive.
NIGHT SHIFT PENALTY i) Where an employee works a shift which falls totally between 11:00pm and 8:00am, the employee shall be paid a penalty as set out in Item 4 of Table 2.
