New York Contract. This Agreement and each Warrant issued hereunder shall be deemed to be a contract made under the laws of the State of New York and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of New York applicable to agreements to be performed wholly within New York.
New York Contract. This Supplemental Indenture shall be deemed to be a contract made under the laws of the State of New York and for all purposes shall be construed in accordance with the laws of said State.
New York Contract. This Indenture and each Security shall be deemed to be a contract made under the laws of the State of New York, and for all purposes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of said State.

New York Contract. THIS SUPPLEMENTAL INDENTURE AND EACH DEBENTURE SHALL BE DEEMED TO BE A CONTRACT MADE UNDER THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, AND FOR ALL PURPOSES SHALL BE CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAWS OF SAID STATE WITHOUT REGARD TO PRINCIPLES OF CONFLICTS OF LAWS.
New York Contract. THIS THIRD SUPPLEMENTAL INDENTURE SHALL BE GOVERNED BY, AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH, THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK WITHOUT REGARD TO CONFLICTS OF LAWS AND PRINCIPLES THEREOF.
New York Contract. THIS FIRST SUPPLEMENTAL INDENTURE AND EACH DEBENTURE SHALL BE GOVERNED BY AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK. SECTION 2.05.
New York Contract. THIS SECOND SUPPLEMENTAL INDENTURE AND EACH NOTE SHALL BE GOVERNED BY AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK.
