Network Operators and other suppliers not liable: None of our officers, employees or contractors, nor any other Network Operator, any third party supplier (including their officers, employees and contractors), or any other provider of an input to the Services will be liable to you or anyone else for any claims, costs, damages, losses or other liabilities of any kind arising in any way from the Services we provide or from your use of those Services and our Network, including (without limitation) your access to and use of any service provider's site or Network Operator's networks. The benefits of this clause are intended to extend to Network Operators, agents, suppliers and providers and to be enforced by them under the Contract and Commercial Law Xxx 0000 Part 2, Subpart 1.

Network Operators and other suppliers. (a) We have certain obligations towards other Network Operators and our dealers, Agents and suppliers. Those persons (and their officers, employees, contractors and agents) will not be liable to you or anyone else for any claims, costs, damages, losses or other liabilities of any kind arising in any way from the services we provide or from your use of those services and our network, including (without limitation) your access to and use of any Telecommunications Service Provider’s site or Network Operator’s networks. This paragraph creates an obligation that other Network Operators and/or our dealers, Agents and suppliers can enforce, whether as a defence or otherwise.

  • Utilities and Other Services 4.4.1 The Tenant shall arrange, at its own cost and expense, for the installation, connection and supply of all utilities and any other services required by it at or in relation to the Premises.

Such notices will continue to be subject to the approval of the Council.

  • AWARD OF SUBCONTRACTS AND OTHER CONTRACTS FOR PORTIONS OFTHE WORK Unless other procedures are specified or required by the Contract Documents or the Bidding Documents, then the following provisions are applicable:

  • Travel and Other Expenses ODHS shall not reimburse Contractor for any travel or additional expenses under this Contract.
