Naming Provision. The name of the Zoo shall remain “The Potawatomi Zoo” during the term of this Agreement, unless both parties mutually agree in writing to a name change. Naming Rights. PZS may grant naming rights to an exhibit, building, feature or smaller item within the Zoo without the prior consent and approval of the City. No naming rights may be granted following a notice of termination by either party without the consent and approval of the City. Neither PZS nor the City may convey rights to (or commit to) naming the entirety of the Zoo, the entirety of the Zoological Garden, or the entirety of the Public Park without the consent of both parties. Funds received for naming any part of the Zoo shall be used exclusively for the benefit of the Zoo.

  • Controlling Provisions In the event of any inconsistencies between the provisions of this Amendment and the provisions of any other Loan Document, the provisions of this Amendment shall govern and prevail.
