Moving Rooms. 22.1. You agree not to move to another Room within the Residence, or to any other Accommodation, provided by Us without first obtaining the prior written approval of the Allocations Office. If You are permitted to move, all the terms and conditions of this Agreement are transferable to the new Accommodation.
Moving Rooms. Employees moving rooms for any reason shall be paid one (1) per diem day. Employees moving during the school year will be provided three (3) substitute release days.

Moving Rooms. 16.1 You agree not to move to another room within the Building, or to any other accommodation provided by us, without first obtaining the prior written approval of the Accommodation Services Officer (acting reasonably) to this. If consent is given, you will be charged an administration fee of £35 which covers our administration expenses in arranging the move and amending our records accordingly.
Moving Rooms. We move children in consultation with parents and carers when they reach the age or development stage of the next room. We offer the children settling in visits with their new key person before they start their new room. This allows them to familiarise themselves with their new surroundings, friends and staff members. A meeting will be arranged with current key workers and new key workers prior to this transition and child’s needs or parent’s questions will be discussed. The ratio of adults to children changes.
Moving Rooms. When a teacher is “displaced” from her/his classroom due to a reduction in classes or restructuring of classroom placement (i.e. desire to keep all 1st grade classrooms in close proximity), the School District will allow a teacher to use his/her TOPs preschool individual work time and will compensate the teacher up to an additional 4 hours to facilitate any necessary move transitions. (See appendix E) In the event that a teacher is required to move to a new school or classroom after her/his initial assignment for the upcoming school year, the School District will compensate the teacher for up to 12 hours.
Moving Rooms. In the event a teacher’s assigned classroom is moved to another classroom by district directive, the district shall provide the teacher with one of the following options:
