METHODS OF THE CO-OPERATION. 2.1. Within this agreement, the Parties will undertake researches of common interest, on undersea networks technology, and methods of data processing agreed upon between the Parties. (Common Research Operations) An indicative list of the proposed Common Research Operations is given in the enclosed Appendix 1. Any Common Research Operation will be carried out under coordination of two representatives from both Parties in charge of the said operation. For each Common Research Operation, the parties will enter into a specific addendum to this MOU (Memorandum of Understanding) The information to be given for the implementation of a proposed Common Research Operation is enclosed in Appendix 2.

  • Co-operation 1. The Parties shall take all appropriate and necessary measures to ensure fulfilment of the obligations and objectives arising out of this programme agreement.

  • Safe Operations Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, an NTO may take, or cause to be taken, such action with respect to the operation of its facilities as it deems necessary to maintain Safe Operations. To ensure Safe Operations, the local operating rules of the ITO(s) shall govern the connection and disconnection of generation with NTO transmission facilities. Safe Operations include the application and enforcement of rules, procedures and protocols that are intended to ensure the safety of personnel operating or performing work or tests on transmission facilities.

  • DIRECT PERSONNEL EXPENSE 4.1. Direct Personnel Expense of employees engaged on the Project by the ARCHITECT/ENGINEER includes ARCHITECT/ENGINEERS, other engineers, designers, job captains, draftsmen, specification writers and typists, in consultation, research and design in producing Drawings, Specifications and other documents pertaining to the Project, and in services during construction at the site.

  • MANAGEMENT OF THE BUSINESS Pursuant to Section 00-00-000 of the Act, and as stated in its Articles, the Company’s day to day affairs are managed by the Member. The Member is responsible for the daily operations of the business.
