Membership Term; Fees a. Initial Term Member Fee There will be no Member Fees during the initial year of the BloodPAC Consortium (January 1, 2017 – December 31, 2017). The BloodPAC Consortium will establish yearly membership fees for 2018-2019 and subsequent years. The fee applicable to the Member is dependent on circumstances particular to the Member. When there is a Member Fee, it is due at the time the organization executes this Agreement. Except as provided for in this Agreement, all Member fees, including the Initial Term Member Fee, is nonrefundable and shall be payable to BloodPAC in the currency stated in the membership fee schedule.

  • Membership Term Once the Program Membership Fee (if applicable) and any enrollment fee (if applicable) is paid, a Member shall be entitled to all Services for the Membership Term the Member selects at the time of enrollment commencing on the date of AAA’s receipt of the enrollment. Members may select from Membership Terms offered at the time of enrollment. Membership term shall be monthly unless otherwise selected at the time of enrollment.

  • Membership Termination No Member may terminate its membership in the Sector 21 other than in accordance with this Section 12. A Member that has agreed to join the Sector prior to the 22 Effective Date may withdraw from Sector membership prior to the Effective Date without penalty or 23 prejudice. Thereafter, only a Member that is not in breach of this Agreement and that has no 24 outstanding Sector performance or payment obligations may terminate its membership in the Xxxxxx, 00 and may do so only in compliance with the terms and conditions of this Section 12.   • Compensation Expenses (a) In consideration of the foregoing, the Advisor shall pay the Sub-advisor, with respect to the Fund, a fee as specified in Appendix B hereto. Such fees shall be accrued by the Advisor daily and shall be payable monthly in arrears on the first business day of each calendar month for services performed hereunder during the prior calendar month.
