Medical Evacuation and Repatriation. If an Insured Person's Accidental Bodily Injury, disease or illness occurs while insured under a Hazard and requires the Medical Evacuation or Repatriation of the Insured Person while the Insured Person is on a covered trip, then We will pay the Covered Expenses for such Medical Evacuation or Repatriation up to the Benefit Amount for Medical Evacuation and Repatriation, shown in Section IV-C of the Schedule of Benefits. The Benefit Amount for Medical Evacuation or Repatriation is payable in addition to any other applicable Benefit Amounts under this policy. This insurance applies only if the covered trip:

Medical Evacuation and Repatriation. 1.1. By air ambulance Where Aspire organizes the transportation of a User, by chartering a pre-configured air ambulance aircraft from an Intl. SOS accredited aviation service provider, including Air Rescue International. The airport-to-airport quotation from the aviation service provider includes aircraft and medical team costs but excludes any other service provider charges, which may be applied and will be billed to the Subscriber at cost.

  • Education of Students with Disabilities 3.5.1. The DOE is the State of Hawaii's “state education agency” (SEA) and “local education agency” (LEA) for purposes of compliance with the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA). All public schools, including charter schools, are part of and fall under the LEA.   • Termination of Therapy Therapist reserves the right to terminate therapy at his/her discretion. Reasons for termination include, but are not limited to, untimely payment of fees, failure to comply with treatment recommendations, conflicts of interest, failure to participate in therapy, Patient needs are outside of Therapist’s scope of competence or practice, or Patient is not making adequate progress in therapy. Patient has the right to terminate therapy at his/her discretion. Upon either party’s decision to terminate therapy, Therapist will generally recommend that Patient participate in at least one, or possibly more, termination sessions. These sessions are intended to facilitate a positive termination experience and give both parties an opportunity to reflect on the work that has been done. Therapist will also attempt to ensure a smooth transition to another therapist by offering referrals to Patient.
