Measurement and Monitoring Tools. Contractor shall implement measurement and monitoring tools and procedures reasonably designed to measure its performance of the Services and assess such performance against any applicable service levels. Contractor shall provide LAUSD with a monthly report of service level performance under any applicable Work Order. Upon LAUSD’s request, Contractor shall provide LAUSD with access to the measurement and monitoring tools described herein, and to any information that they generate.

Measurement and Monitoring Tools. Contractor shall measure and monitor System performance, and shall utilize the necessary measurement and monitoring tools and procedures required to measure and report Contractor’s performance of the Services against the Service Level Agreements. Such measurement and monitoring must permit reporting at a level of detail sufficient to verify compliance with the Service Level Agreements, and is subject to audit by Agency. Contractor shall provide Agency with information and access to such tools and procedures, for purposes of auditing and verification.
Measurement and Monitoring Tools. As of the Effective date, Vendor and Prudential will mutually agree on the measurements and service level management procedures, pursuant to the governance procedures set forth in Attachment G and performance standards set forth in Attachment E-1 and E-2, to measure Vendor's performance of the Services against the applicable Service Levels. ACS shall provide Roadway with information and access to such tools and procedures upon request, for purposes of verification.

Measurement and Monitoring Tools. First Data shall utilize the necessary measurement and monitoring tools and procedures required to measure and report First Data’s performance of the Services against the applicable Service Levels. First Data shall describe its proposed measurement and monitoring tools. First Data shall also provide Capital One with on-line, real-time access to reports (both management and operational) and the monitoring and performance management data and tools that First Data will use to manage the Services and measure performance against the Service Levels. Underlying data will be made available by First Data in real time (or near real-time), not held until the end of a reporting period.
Measurement and Monitoring Tools. Provider shall, with respect to each Service Level, prior to the date that such Service Level takes effect, implement and/or test measurement and monitoring tools and procedures acceptable to Company to measure and report Provider’s performance of the Services against the applicable Service Levels. Provider shall also provide Company with on-line access to the most current data used by Provider to calculate its performance against the Service Levels and the measurement and monitoring tools and procedures utilized by Provider to generate such data. Given the nature of Company’s multi-vendor environment, any such data may be shared by Company with third party providers, provided that such third party providers have executed appropriate non-disclosure agreements or are otherwise bound by confidentiality obligations. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Company shall not disclose any KPI Scorecard and SLA Scorecard to any Provider Competitors. The use of any such data by the third party providers shall be limited to managing the provision and delivery of services, products and resources to Company and resolving any issues or problems relating to the provision and delivery of any such services, products or resources. Company shall not be required to pay any amount in addition to the Services Costs for (i) such measurement and monitoring tools or (ii) any resources utilized in connection with such measurement and monitoring tools.
