Mature Aged Sample Clauses

Mature Aged. Workers The parties to this Agreement recognise that mature age workers are beneficial to the Employer and the Industry. To this end, the Employer shall endeavour to employ a ratio of at least one mature age worker in every six employees. The parties shall ensure that mature age workers are not discriminated against when seeking or maintaining employment with the Employer.

  • Lunch and Rest Periods A. Each employee working more than four (4) hours per day shall be entitled to a minimum of one-half (1/2) hour duty free lunch period without pay.

  • CONTRACT PERIOD AND RENEWAL The Contract is effective on the signature date of the latter of the Parties to sign this agreement and terminates on June 30, 2023, unless renewed, extended, or terminated pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Contract.   • Electronic Check Conversion/Electronic Returned Check Fees If you pay for purchases or bills with a check or draft, you may authorize your check or draft to be converted to an electronic fund transfer. You may also authorize merchants or other payees to electronically debit your account for returned check fees. You are considered to have authorized these electronic fund transfers if you complete the transaction after being told (orally or by a notice posted or sent to you) that the transfer may be processed electronically or if you sign a written authorization.
