Margin Stocks. Use all or any part of the proceeds of any advance made hereunder to purchase or carry, or to reduce or retire any loan incurred to purchase or carry, any margin stocks (within the meaning of Regulations U, T or X of the Board) or to extend credit to others for the purpose of purchasing or carrying any such margin stocks.

Margin Stocks. No VSE Entity is engaged and no VSE Entity will engage, principally or as one of its important activities, in the business of purchasing or carrying margin stock (within the meaning of Regulations U, T or X of the FRB), or extending credit for the purpose of purchasing or carrying margin stock. Following the application of the proceeds of each borrowing or drawing under each Letter of Credit, not more than twenty-five percent (25%) of the value of the assets (of any Borrower or of any Borrower together with its Subsidiaries on a consolidated basis) subject to any restriction contained in this Agreement or subject to any restriction contained in any agreement or instrument between any Borrower and any Lender or any Affiliate of any Lender relating to Indebtedness and within the scope of 9.1(j) will be margin stock.

Margin Stocks. The US Borrower may not use the proceeds of any Utilisation, directly or indirectly, to buy or carry Margin Stock or to extend credit to others for the purpose of buying or carrying Margin Stock, in each case other than the common stock of the Target.
