Loans by Borrower. Borrower has not made any loans or advances to any Affiliate or other Person except for advances authorized hereunder to employees, officers and directors of Borrower for travel and other expenses arising in the ordinary course of Borrower's business.
Loans by Borrower. Borrower will not, and will not permit any Subsidiary to, make any loan to any Person, except for loans in anticipation of reasonable and normally reimbursable business expenses and trade credit extended in the ordinary course of Business.

No Borrower has made any loans or advances to any Affiliate or other Person except for (i) advances authorized hereunder to employees, officers and directors of such Borrower for travel, salaries or bonuses and other expenses arising in the ordinary course of such Borrower’s business, and (ii) loans by AMCON permitted pursuant to subsection 13(f) hereof.

Except as provided herein, during the term of this Agreement, Borrower will not, and will not permit any of its subsidiaries to, make any loan, advance or otherwise provide monies to any Person, except for loans in anticipation of reasonable and normally reimbursable business expenses and trade credit extended in the ordinary course of business.
