Limitations on Usage. District-owned property and services, including the email system and school mailboxes may not be used for the following: political activities, fund-raising, campaigning for union office, strike activities, or solicitation of employees for union membership. The MFT must request prior approval for the use of email systems and school mailboxes for activities that are not specifically approved in this document.

Limitations on Usage. Coherent shall use the Palomar Trademarks only as approved by Palomar (which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld) and in conformity with any guidelines or policies as provided by Palomar to Coherent from time to time. Coherent agrees not to modify, alter or remove any Palomar Trademark.
Limitations on Usage. The scope and manner of use by subsidiaries and affiliates shall be strictly limited to the purposes directly related to the Licensee's legitimate business operations and must not exceed the rights granted to the Licensee under this Agreement.

Derivative work means work based upon the Content where the Content has been recast, transformed, adapted or revised or creating or permitting third parties to create derivative works based on the Content.
Limitations on Usage. 8.1. You may not use the Services if you are located in, or a citizen or resident of any state, country, territory or other jurisdiction where your use of the Services would be illegal or where your use of the Services would amount to any violation of any applicable law either by you or by Jam On Bread, which is your obligation to check before using the Services. You also may not use the Services if you are located in, or a citizen or resident of, any other jurisdiction where Jam On Bread has determined, at its discretion, to prohibit the use of the Services. We may implement controls to restrict access to the Services from any jurisdiction prohibited pursuant to these Terms. You agree to comply with these Terms even if our methods to prevent the use of the Services are not effective or can be bypassed.
