Licenses and Related Rights. If Borrower shall fail to immediately discharge or provide security against any Taxes, claims, assessments, and governmental charges as aforesaid with respect to the transactions contemplated by the Transaction Documents or Support Documents, Lender may do so, and any and all expenses incurred by Lender shall be immediately paid by Borrower on demand and shall be subject to late payment fees and interest in accordance with Section 7.6 hereof.
