License Grant by You. When you transmit any information, content, materials or data to or through the Site or Services, other than information, content, materials or data submitted for the purpose of creating your account or for preparing applications and/or forms (“User Content”), you hereby grant MediLiVes and its affiliates a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform and display such User Content, including throughout the world in any media. MediLiVes shall have no obligation to: (a) maintain any User Content you submit; (b) pay you any compensation of any kind for any User Content; or (c) respond to any User Content you submit. You represent and warrant that you own or have obtained all necessary rights and/or licenses to User Content that you submit, and that MediLiVes’ use of such User Content does not violate or infringe upon the rights of any person or entity.

License Grant by You. You grant to Us a non-exclusive, royalty free license to use equipment, software, Customer Data or Your other materials solely for the purpose of performing Our obligations under the Agreement.
License Grant by You. As between you and ShareStoryz, you own and will retain ownership of all intellectual property rights in and to the content you submit for the purpose of creating or editing a video. By submitting such content, you grant ShareStoryz permission to use, copy, distribute, sublicense, transmit, make derivative works from, and publicly perform and display through all means such works for the purpose of: (a) analyzing your content using automated technologies for the purpose of creating videos; (b) creating videos using your content, in conjunction with other content that we may supply (including Third-Party Content, defined below); and (c) streaming and distributing those videos to end users of your choosing. The license period begins when you submit content to ShareStoryz and ends when you, or ShareStoryz delete it and all works that contain any parts of it from the Services; provided that ShareStoryz may retain archival copies: (a) for a limited period of time in case you wish to restore it; (b) for internal testing purposes; (c) when the video is the subject of a takedown notice or other legal claim; or (d) when ShareStoryz in good faith believes that it is legally obligated to do so.
License Grant by You. You hereby grant SuperVisas and its affiliates a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute Personal Information for the purposes as defined in the Privacy Policy, including to perform our contractual obligations. 5 Representation Agreement When you purchase Services from SuperVisas, you may need to agree to a separate agreement for representation services (“Representation Agreement”) that is specific to your destination country. For Canada, SuperVisas provides access to Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultants (RCIC) that will represent you with the IRCC. When purchasing certain Services, you will be required to agree or accept the Representation Agreement for Canada. For the United States of America, SuperVisas assists with completing visas applications, government forms and provides instructions on how to submit your application to the government. In many cases, this is sufficient if you can file the application yourself. Optionally, we may introduce you to an independent immigration attorney that you may contract for representation with USCIS. If you decide to use an attorney, you must agree to a separate representation agreement. When purchasing certain such Additional Services, you will be required to agree or accept the Representation Agreement for the USA.

  • License Grant If Products include software, firmware or documentation, Supplier grants to DXC a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, display, prepare derivative works of the documentation and distribute such works, software, firmware or documentation directly or as integrated into DXC products, and to sublicense such rights to third parties. Supplier shall identify all licenses and deliver to DXC all materials required to meet the requirements of any licenses for third party software that is included in the Products. Supplier shall deliver to DXC the source code for any software licensed under a license that has a source availability requirement (such as the GNU General Public License). If the source code is not included with the material that Supplier has previously delivered, Supplier shall deliver within seven (7) days after DXC’s request the source code for any software licensed under an open source license that has a source availability requirement. Supplier grants DXC the right to duplicate and distribute the materials as necessary.

  • License Granted Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and in consideration of Licensee’s obligation to pay monetary fees as outlined in Schedule A, such fees which may be adjusted from time to time by mutual written consent of the parties, Licensor hereby grants, and Licensee hereby accepts, a worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable, irrevocable, perpetual right and licence, to use the Software and all related documentation for use in sports related mobile apps. Licensee shall make all such persons fully aware of their responsibility to fulfill the obligations of Licensee under this Agreement.

You may use the Service only for your internal business purposes and shall not: (i) send spam or otherwise duplicative or unsolicited messages in violation of applicable laws; (ii) send or store infringing, obscene, threatening, libelous, or otherwise unlawful or tortious material, including material harmful to children or violative of third party privacy rights; (iii) send or store material containing software viruses, worms, Trojan horses or other harmful computer code, files, scripts, agents or programs; (iv) interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or the data contained therein; or (v) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems or networks. The number of API calls you can make per account is limited as follows (excluding calls resulting from use of xxxxxxxxxx.xxx client applications, such as Offline Edition, and salesforce.com-certified AppExchange applications): - Enterprise Edition (and Professional Edition with API access add-on): 1,000 calls/day/User (aggregated over all Users under the account), up to an aggregate maximum of 1,000,000 calls/day/account.
