LESSOR OBLIGATIONS. The Lessor agrees:

The obligations of the preceding sentence shall extend to the portions of any such system or structures lying outside the Premises. Lessor shall also be responsible for repairs, which relate to or arise out of:

LESSOR OBLIGATIONS. THE LESSOR is obliged to maintain the appropriate administrative authorisations so that the property in this contract can be inhabited, meeting that laid down in the Sixth Clause.
