Length of Terms. The term for LPDC members shall be two (2) years except the initial term shall be staggered (1 year, 2 years and 3 years) to provide continuity. The length of the terms will be July 1 to June 30. Any vacancies occurring during a term shall be filled in accordance with item B above. 1 year term one teacher one administrator 2 year term two teachers one administrator
Length of Terms. With the sole exception of the initial election of the Regional School District Committee by the procedure specified below in subsection E (Initial Staggering of Xxxxx), the term of office of each elected member shall be three years, and a member will serve until his/her successor is elected and sworn in by the respective Town Clerk.

If, pursuant to Clause 15.23 (Acceleration and Cancellation), the Facility Agent declares the Advances to be due and payable on demand of the Facility Agent, the Term in respect of any such Advance shall, if the Facility Agent subsequently demands payment before the scheduled Repayment Date in respect of such Advance, be deemed (except for the purposes of Clause 17.4 (Broken Periods)) to be of such length that it ends on the date that such demand is made.
Length of Terms. The term of office of each Committee member shall be three years, unless the elections occur at the biennial state election, in which case the terms of office shall be four years. There will be staggered terms and they will be arranged so that one committee seat from each town expires and needs to be filled by election or re-election every year. Every third year, or every fourth year in the case of biennial elections, there will be a need to fill two seats from the town of Xxxxx. In the event that the District utilizes biennial district wide elections, all members will be elected at the first election. Two persons from Xxxxx with the most votes will serve four-year terms. Two persons from Xxxxx with the third and fourth most votes will serve two-year terms. The one person from Cheshire with the most votes will serve a four-year term and the two persons from Cheshire with the second and third most votes will serve two-year terms. At the next biennial election, all terms will be for four years.
