Lender Approvals. Unless expressly provided herein to the contrary, any approval, consent, waiver or satisfaction of Agent or Lenders with respect to any matter that is the subject of this Agreement, the other Financing Documents may be granted or withheld by Agent and Lenders in their sole and absolute discretion and credit judgment.
Lender Approvals. Unless expressly provided herein to the contrary, any approval, consent, waiver or satisfaction of Lender with respect to any matter that is subject of any Loan Document may be granted or withheld by Lender in its sole and absolute discretion.
Lender Approvals. For purposes of determining compliance with the conditions precedent referred to in Sections 3.01, 3.02 and 3.03, on the date of the first Advances hereunder, each of the Lenders shall be deemed to have consented to, approved or accepted or be satisfied with each document or other matter which is the subject of such Lender's consideration under any of the provisions of such Sections, unless an officer of the Agent responsible for the transactions contemplated by the Loan Documents shall have received written notice from such Lender prior to the first Advances hereunder specifying its objection thereto and such Lender shall have failed to make available to the Agent such Lender's ratable share of the first Advances.
Lender Approvals. The Lender Approval or Refinancing in respect of such Contributed Properties, if any, to be contributed at such Closing shall have been obtained.
Lender Approvals. MSGI shall use its best efforts to obtain, by the Effective Time, all approvals required from institutional lenders to it, if any, to the transactions contemplated hereby.
Lender Approvals. The Company has received all consents or approvals from holders of its debt securities that are necessary to allow the Company to redeem a portion of the Shares if so required pursuant to Schedule I hereto.

Lender Approvals. Any approval, consent, waiver or satisfaction of Lender with respect to any matter that is subject of any Loan Document (i) shall not be effective unless it is in writing (which shall include electronic transmission) and (ii) unless expressly provided herein to the contrary, may be granted or withheld by Lender in its Permitted Discretion.
Lender Approvals. Lender agrees that all approvals and consents of the Lender under the Loan Documents shall not be unreasonably withheld, delayed or conditioned. Further, amendments to Borrower's Partnership Agreement entered into in order to effect transfers or assignments of the Limited Partner's or the general partner's interest pursuant to Sections 2, 3, and 11 above shall not require the consent or approval of the Lender.
