LABELING REQUIREMENTS. All recycling and/or waste containers shall be marked with the following information, and if requested by the Authorized User it shall be provided in multiple languages (for example English and Spanish):  The Contractor’s name  The Contractor’s dispatch number  The container size in cubic yards  The tare weight corresponding to the container size  The type of recyclable or waste being disposed of (for example ‘Trash Only’, ‘Single Stream Recycling Only’, ‘Recyclable Paper Only’, ‘Food Waste/Compostables Only’ etc.)

LABELING REQUIREMENTS. It is agreed that the statements in Articles 30 and 31 above satisfy the requirements of the Clean Air Act Amendments of 1990 (Section 611), Title 40 CFR Part 82. Accordingly, no method of marking or tagging items shall be used unless the item is a chemical or chemical compound.

Licensee agrees that, if required by Sony or any governmental entity, it shall submit each Licensed Product to a consumer advisory ratings system designated by Sony and/or such governmental entity for the purpose of obtaining rating code(s) for each Licensed Product. Any and all costs and expenses incurred in connection with obtaining such rating code(s) shall be borne solely by Licensee. Publisher agrees that, if required by SCEA or any governmental entity, it shall submit each Licensed Product to a consumer advisory ratings system designated by SCEA and/or such governmental entity for the purpose of LPA Renu Amended Royalty and WSP -0- CONFIDENTIAL obtaining rating code(s) for each Licensed Product. Any and all costs and expenses incurred in connection with obtaining such rating code(s) shall be borne solely by Publisher. Any required consumer advisory rating code(s) procured hereby shall be displayed on the Licensed Product and in the associated Printed Materials and Advertising Materials in accordance with the SourceBook or other documentation provided by SCEA to Publisher, at Publisher's cost and expense.
