Jurisdiction and Law. Executive and the Company consent to jurisdiction of the courts of the Commonwealth of Kentucky and/or the federal district courts, Western District of Kentucky, for the purpose of resolving all issues of law, equity, or fact, arising out of or in connection with this Agreement. Any action involving claims of a breach of this Agreement shall be brought in such courts. Each party consents to personal jurisdiction over such party in the state and/or federal courts of Kentucky and hereby waives any defense of lack of personal jurisdiction or forum non conveniens. Venue, for the purpose of all such suits, shall be in Jefferson County, Commonwealth of Kentucky.
Jurisdiction and Law. 20.01 This Contract, and all actions arising from it, must be governed by, subject to, and construed according to the law of the State of Michigan. The Contractor consents to the personal jurisdiction of any competent court in Xxxxx County, Michigan, for any action arising out of this Contract. Service of process at the address and in the manner specified in this Contract will be sufficient to put the Contractor on notice. The Contractor will not commence any action against the County because of any matter arising out of or relating to the validity, construction, interpretation and enforcement of this Contract, in any courts other than those in the County of Xxxxx, State of Michigan unless original jurisdiction is in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan, Southern Division, the Michigan Supreme Court or the Michigan Court of Appeals.

Jurisdiction and Law. These Conditions and any claim or dispute arising out of or in connection with the services of the Company shall be subject to United States Law and the Laws of the State of Florida where applicable and within the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the Federal and State Courts in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

Jurisdiction and Law. Tenant hereby subjects itself to the jurisdiction of the Court of Common Pleas of Delaware County, Pennsylvania. The laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania shall be applicable to this lease and any interpretations thereof.

Jurisdiction and Law. This agreement will be interpreted according to the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. In the event of any claim, the appearing parties agree voluntarily to submit to the jurisdiction of the Court of First Instance of San Xxxx.
