Joint Planning. Unless otherwise agreed to by the Parties, a joint planning meeting or other method of joint planning between BellSouth and Neutral Tandem will commence within a maximum of twenty (20) days from BellSouth’s receipt of a BFFO. At such meeting, the Parties will agree to the preliminary design of the Collocation Space and the equipment configuration requirements, as reflected in the application and affirmed in the BFFO.
Joint Planning. As part of the Partner Agencies' commitment to high quality service to job seekers and employers, multi-partner teams will be established to address services and issues that may include marketing, resources, staff capacity, technology, customer service, and computer lab access.

ACADEMIC ADVISING The COLLEGE DISTRICT shall offer academic advising services on South Campus, Northeast Campus, Northwest Campus, Southeast Campus, Trinity River Campus, and TCC Connect. The scope of services will include professional advisors offering support and guidance to diverse student populations seeking to achieve educational, career, and life goals. Advisors will offer students coursework information, inform them of college policies and procedures, the college mission, and career options. Academic advisors will partner with COLLEGE DISTRICT Coordinators of Dual Credit to align high school endorsements with college educational plans. The COLLEGE DISTRICT will contribute to student success by each campus introducing campus resources (xxxxx://xxx.xxxx.xxx/services/campus-resources/) and academic help xxxxx://xxx.xxxx.xxx/academics/academic-help/ to all dual credit students. The COLLEGE DISTRICT only provides mental health counseling services to dual credit students who are of the legal age to consent to services. TCCD has established Pathways based on the Texas Education Agency high school graduation endorsement options: • Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) • Business and Industry • Public Service • Arts and Humanities

Each academic year, the School District will submit a Letter of Continuation to the College as confirmation to (1) continue with all terms listed in this Agreement, or (2) amend current terms of the Agreement prior to the start of the fall semester classes. The College and School District will convene on a yearly basis to discuss and agree upon textbook selection for courses delineated in Attachment A. The program's intent is to maintain adopted textbooks for a period of no less than three years. The College and School District will collaboratively design, implement, and assess the following program components:

The Collocation Space completion time period will be provided to ALEC Inc., during joint planning.

Joint Planning. Annual renewal of this agreement is automatic unless one institution notifies the other in writing of its desire to modify the dual credit agreement. More important than the stated provisions above is the spirit of cooperation between and WTAMU. Joint Planning. Arlington ISD and APD will evaluate the contract prior to the start of the fall semester to determine if the inter local agreement will be renewed. The Arlington Police Department and AISD will convene on a yearly basis to discuss textbook selection. Arlington Police Department will offer a recommendation on the textbook selection for courses delineated in Attachment A. Textbooks, if applicable, will be provided at the expense of AISD.
