Items Not Covered. Service Provider does not cover cosmetic, construction, or ancillary components of the elevator system, including the finishing, repairing or replacement of the cab enclosure, ceiling frames, panels, and/or fixtures, hoistway door panels, door frames, xxxxx, car flooring, floor covering, lighting fixtures, ceiling light bulbs and tubes, main line power switches, breaker(s), feeders to controller, hydraulic elevator xxxx outer casing, buried piping, alignment of elevator guide rails, smoke and fire sensors, fire service reports, intercommunication devices, security systems not installed by Service Provider, batteries for emergency lighting and lowering, air conditioners, heaters, ventilation fans and all other items as set forth and excluded in this Agreement.
Items Not Covered. Items not included in the fees set forth in the fee and service schedule for “Standard Services” such as payment of a stock dividend, corporate actions or any services associated with a special project are to be billed separately, on an appraisal basis and as agreed to by both parties. Services required by legislation or regulatory fiat, which become effective after the date of this fee and service schedule shall not be a part of the Standard Services and shall be billed by appraisal. All out-of-pocket expenses such as telephone line usage charges associated with (800) toll-free telephone calls, overprinting of proxy cards, postage, insurance, stationery, excess material disposal, etc. actually incurred by EquiServe will be billed on a monthly basis. Overtime charges will be assessed in the event of late delivery of material for mailings to shareholders unless the mail date is rescheduled. Such material includes, but is not limited to: proxy statements, annual and quarterly reports, dividend enclosures and news releases. Receipt of material for mailing to shareholders by our Mail Unit must be in accordance with our Schedule of Required Material Delivery Time Frames. All services not specifically covered under this fee and service schedule will be billed by appraisal, as applicable. This Fee and Service Schedule shall serve as an attachment to the Transfer Agency and Stock Transfer Agreement.
Items Not Covered. The Workmanship Warranty and the Capacity Retention Warranty does not cover (a) normal wear and tear or deterioration, or cosmetic, technical or design defects, or shortcomings which do not materially influence or affect energy storage or degrade form, fit, or function of the AC Battery;
Items Not Covered. The following items are not covered under the Services: paper, staples, font cartridges, third-party SIMM or DIMMs, third-party accessories, and all external interface cards. Special note on Firmware Upgrades: HP will only perform Firmware Upgrades if the manufacturer has announced the Firmware Upgrade resolves a known service issue.
