Issued Items. The City will provide an initial issue, to each uniformed member upon being hired, without cost, the following items: One cap with winter band and hat badge One winter coat with shoulder insignia Two pair trousers Two long sleeve shirts with shoulder insignia Two short sleeve shirts with shoulder insignia One service weapon with holster One gun belt with four belt keepers & appropriate magazine pouch(s) One set of handcuffs with case One baton with belt ring One tie with departmental tie bar One NFPD badge One name plate One raincoat Chemical agent with carrying case One reflective “POLICE” traffic vest One ballistic vest with carrier(s) The City will also provide such other protective and occupational equipment as may be required by the Superintendent of Police.   • Returned Items You are solely responsible for any Item for which you have been given provisional credit, and any such Item that is returned or rejected may be charged to your Account.   • Foreign Asset/Account Reporting Information Italian residents who, at any time during the fiscal year, hold foreign financial assets (including cash and Shares) which may generate income taxable in Italy are required to report these assets on their annual tax returns (UNICO Form, RW Schedule) for the year during which the assets are held, or on a special form if no tax return is due. These reporting obligations will also apply to Italian residents who are the beneficial owners of foreign financial assets under Italian money laundering provisions.

  • Processing of Items The provision of services shall be governed by the Processor’s Treasury Management Services Agreement, Commercial Account Agreement or other applicable agreements and related service terms (individually and collectively, the “Bank Agreements”), as may be amended from time to time, subject to the prior written consent to any such amendments of a material nature by the Trustee and AmeriCredit, which consents shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed.
