Intra-facility Room Change. The Facility reserves the right to transfer the Resident to a new room on an as-needed basis, consistent with applicable law. Residents who are admitted as short-term residents who subsequently become long-term residents, will be the subject of an intra-Facility transfer to rooms that are better suited for long term Residents. If the resident occupies a private room, the Resident understands and agrees that when he/she no longer pays the private rate or upon Medicaid coverage, he/she may be moved to a semi-private room if requested by the Facility unless the private room is medically necessary. The Facility may also initiate a room change for medical, social and/or other reason consistent with applicable law and the Resident’s rights.

In the event that a Resident not requiring sub-acute care is placed on the sub-acute unit, it is understood that a room change will be implemented as soon as a room becomes available elsewhere in the Facility.
Intra-facility Room Change. The Facility does not guarantee permanent placement on any units or floors. The Facility reserves the right to transfer the Resident to a new room within the Facility on an as-needed basis, upon prior written notice to the Resident and the Resident’s Designated Representative, which shall include a reason for the change, and consultation with the Resident and/or the Resident’s Designated Representative, consistent with applicable law. Residents that are admitted as short- term Residents, who subsequently become long-term Residents, will be the subject of an intra-Facility transfer to rooms that are better suited for long-term Residents. The Facility may also initiate a room change for medical or social reasons consistent with applicable law and the Resident’s rights. Such notice and consultation will not be required under the following circumstances: 1. the Resident has requested the change; 2. the medical condition of the Resident requires a more immediate change; or 3. an emergency situation develops. Under such circumstances, the Facility will endeavor to give the Resident and/or the Resident’s Designated Representative prior notice of such change.

  • Interconnection Facility Options The Intercarrier Compensation provisions of this Agreement shall apply to the exchange of Exchange Service (EAS/Local) traffic between CLEC's network and Qwest's network. Where either Party acts as an IntraLATA Toll provider, each Party shall xxxx the other the appropriate charges pursuant to its respective tariff or price lists. Where either Party interconnects and delivers traffic to the other from third parties, each Party shall xxxx such third parties the appropriate charges pursuant to its respective tariffs, price lists or contractual offerings for such third party terminations. Absent a separately negotiated agreement to the contrary, the Parties will directly exchange traffic between their respective networks without the use of third party transit providers.

  • Interconnection Customer Drawings Within one hundred twenty (120) days after the date of Initial Operation, unless the Interconnection Parties agree on another mutually acceptable deadline, the Interconnection Customer shall deliver to the Transmission Provider and the Interconnected Transmission Owner final, “as-built” drawings, information and documents regarding the Customer Interconnection Facilities, including, as and to the extent applicable: a one-line diagram, a site plan showing the Customer Facility and the Customer Interconnection Facilities, plan and elevation drawings showing the layout of the Customer Interconnection Facilities, a relay functional diagram, relaying AC and DC schematic wiring diagrams and relay settings for all facilities associated with the Interconnection Customer's step-up transformers, the facilities connecting the Customer Facility to the step-up transformers and the Customer Interconnection Facilities, and the impedances (determined by factory tests) for the associated step-up transformers and the Customer Facility. As applicable, the Interconnection Customer shall provide Transmission Provider and the Interconnected Transmission Owner specifications for the excitation system, automatic voltage regulator, Customer Facility control and protection settings, transformer tap settings, and communications.

  • Generating Facility The Interconnection Customer’s device for the production of electricity identified in the Interconnection Request, but shall not include the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities.

  • System Upgrade Facilities Transmission Owner shall design, procure, construct, install, and own the System Upgrade Facilities described in Appendix A hereto. The responsibility of the Developer for costs related to System Upgrade Facilities shall be determined in accordance with the provisions of Attachment S to the NYISO OATT.

  • Existing Facilities Each of the Existing Facilities shall be repaid in full and terminated and all collateral security therefor shall be released, and the Administrative Agent shall have received pay-off letters in form and substance satisfactory to it evidencing such repayment, termination and release.

  • As-Built Drawings Within thirty (30) Days of the successful completion of the Acceptance Test, Seller shall provide for Company review a set of the proposed as‑built drawings for the Company-Owned Interconnection Facilities constructed by Seller (and/or its Contractors). Within thirty (30) Days of Company's receipt of the proposed as‑built drawings, Company shall provide Seller with either (i) its comments on the proposed as‑built drawings or (ii) notice of acceptance of the proposed as‑built drawings as final as‑built drawings. If Company provides comments on the proposed as‑built drawings, Seller shall incorporate such comments into a final set of as‑built drawings and provide such final as‑built drawings to Company within twenty (20) Days of Seller's receipt of Company's comments.
